Sheila has worked in payroll for more than 30 years and holds the IPP Diploma in Payroll Management. She concentrates on the Marketing & Development of MLR. She oversees all initial payroll set up work with a view to making it as smooth and painless as possible. With her many years of payroll experience she is able to identify the specific needs of clients and pinpoint potential problem areas.

Mark Newport

Director

Mark has almost 30 years’ of experience in payroll and has studied with the IPP (Institute of Payroll Professionals). He oversees the day-to-day payroll operation, ensuring all payrolls are run efficiently and comply with clients’ Statutory and Contractual obligations. He liaises with the Bacs service provider and is the first point of contact for most of our clients.

Claire Newport

Payroll Supervisor

Claire has joined MLR on a fulltime basis from October 2021 after 5 years of working part time within the organisation. Claire's background was previously in the motortrade but is now solely working within payroll and looking to complete qualifications in due course.
